立地は港からすぐなので便利、駐車場も目の前、飲食店も近くにたくさんあります。 ツインルームを利用させていただきましたが、狭いながらも使いやすい配置だったので快適に過ごせました。 施設内もきれいにデザインされていて、おしゃれな感じ、ルーフトップも港を一望できるスペースでいい感じでしたが、シーズンオフだったこともあり特にイベント的なものはありませんでしたが、バーなどあればもっと楽しめたと思います。朝食はおにぎりのサービスがあり、具を選べるのは嬉しかったし、スタッフの方の気配りも感じられ非常に美味しかったです。

立地も対応も良いホテル

２年連続で利用したが今回は港側の部屋で海が見えて気持ち良かった。フロントの対応がとてもよく、朝食のおにぎりとみそ汁が旨い。ロビーはとても落ち着くスペースで、カフェタイムはフリードリンク。休憩するにはちょうどいい。大変満足しています。

空港からの移動が楽なホテル

場所は，繁華街から少し離れていますが，離島ターミナルから歩いて５分ほどですので，空港からの移動は便利だと思います． お部屋はツインの部屋でした，あまり広くはなかったため大きめのスーツケースでしたら，２つ同時に広げるのは難しいかもしれません．食事については，近所にお店が結構あるので困らないと思います．ちなみに，コンビニまで歩いて５分強かかります． 朝食は，おむすび，汁物，漬物がありどれもおかわり自由だったと思います．おむすびは，いくつかある具を選んで，その場で作ってくれます．一般的なものより小さめです．私は３つくらいで十分でした． 石垣島に次に来ることがあったとしたら，またここに泊まりたいと思います．

スタッフがいつも笑顔で非常に感じが良かったです。スタッフ全員がここまで感じが良いのは凄いです。 朝食はその場で握ってくれるおにぎり・汁物と簡単なものですが、毎日具材が変わるうえ、美味しかったです。 場所は離島フェリーターミナルからもバスターミナルからも徒歩3分程度。ユーグレナモールも5分圏内。場所もわかりやすく、食事・買い物・観光に便利です。 繁忙期ではなかったためだと思いますが、シングルルームの予約に対しツインルームにアップグレードしていただけました。 コスパが非常に良いホテルです。

中は改装してあるものの、建物が古く水回りが残念だった。 但し、離島行きの港も近く繁華街も近く立地は最高！！ また無料の朝ごはんのおにぎりと味噌汁はめちゃくちゃおいしくて、おにぎりの具も選べます！！おにぎりを握ってくれる男性がとても優しく癒されました。

Good location and great breakfast

The location is good, close to the port and the shopping arcade. Many restaurants are nearby. The service at the cafe where breakfast is served is excellent. I really like the two older men who made us the rice balls. I like it not so much about the tastes but their professionalism, they make every rice ball with their hearts and souls.
