“Very nice, clean, calm”

“The room was clean, unfortunately we had a jacuzzi experience in mind- however it turned out our room had a bath tub, we honestly struggled to use it , shower spills everywhere. On a brighter side- the staff were very lovely and helpful. Cheers to the Manager of the hotel and his team, they made sure our stay was comfortable throughout. Breakfast wasn’t very great but manageable. A bit far from local ammentities, so if you want beach experience, going to the town centre be prepared to travel a...

“I have stayed in this hotel before and it was great! I am now back after over a year and the service was atrocious!!! The girls at the front desk was rude. During breakfast the waiter was even worse! There was no forks, no coffee and no waiter while the buffet was full of people trying to have breakfast. We shared the only kettle of coffee with another table and even they acknowledged the service was horrible. The waiter then came over to our table and instead of apologizing he just gave us...

“Great!”

“This place was awesome. The staff was top notch and friendly. The rooms were comfortable and clean. The restaurant was really good. Nice pool. I stayed longer than expected, as I was enjoying my stay! Great for TIA airport access, with shuttle available. The only negative may be if you want easy access to the Tirana city center, it may be a bit out. Otherwise, it's a great choice!”

“Hotellet ligger bra nära flygplatsen och man kan checka in när som helst när man kommer sent på kvällen eller mitt i natten. Rent, trevlig personal.”

“Lo único es que debería el staff hablar inglés, porque hubo un poco de problemas para comunicarnos , por lo demás todo muy bien ”

“Habitación amplia y limpia. ”

“The room was very spacious and the personal extremely kind in every moment. We used the Spa to swim and had a relaxation massage which was great. The hotel is also well communicared, near a Bus stop. We liked very much! 👌”
