“Quite possibly the nicest hotel I've stayed in, made more so by the attention by the staff, but also the incredible location and views. We were made to feel very welcome, staff were very friendly and to my daughter's delight, the mini bar was included! We had a room with a view of the lake and mountains. It was simply stunning and worth a little extra for that room. We are planning another trip to Switzerland so we can stay at the same hotel.”

“This place was one of the highlights of our Switzerland road trip. Loved that it’s up in the mountains not accessible by car. The spa was wonderful, everything was clean and staff were quite helpful. I would highly recommend and look forward to hopefully coming back here again.”

“El hotel tiene la mejor vista del lago y de los alpes, es impresionante… tienes acceso a nadar al lago, todas las instalaciones estan limpias, comodas….. la vista del restaurante tambien es increible, el personal super amable Esta a 15min del centro en autobus, y es facilisimo tomarlo esta justo afuera del hotel, el hotel te regala transporte por los dias d tu estancia”

“Pésima atención a cliente. Nos tocó ir en temporada de ola de calor, por lo que las habitaciones no cuentan con aire acondicionado, pero nos brindaron un ventilador, el cual se descompuso la primer noche que estábamos ahí. Al reportarlo en recepción la señora que nos atendió nos respondió de manera burlona que durmiéramos con la ventana abierta y que no importaba si se metían arañas o bichos (De s cuales llegue a ver 5 arañas) y a pesar de dormir con la ventana abierta el clima seguía siendo...
