“When looking up the property online it says sleeps up to 4 and we asked for a suite. We paid the rate and when we got there they said since there were two extra people even though we got the suite for 4 they claimed we didn’t reserve for 4 but Expedia showed 4 to sleep they charged us an extra 250 euros on top of the 1,000.. be aware. No taxis are near hotel it’s a long walk”

“Horrifying experience at LHP Suite Villa La Giara! As soon as we entered, the villa wasn’t clean or ready for us to check in. We had seen all the trash, dirty beds and bathrooms from the previous tenants of the Villa. We were made to wait while they attempted to clean to the villa. When we returned the bathrooms were smelling terribly, there were dirty towels. They refused to provide us with basic amenities such as water.
