I loved this resort so tranquil. I do recommend. The casita has 2 full size bed. Have private pool and a living area with a large bathroom with a humongous walk in shower.

Service is amazing, the employees go above and beyond for the client always no matter at what time you need them. This was an amazing stay for myself and my daughter. Gorgeous property, delicious food using ingredients grown on their own farm. But the highlight was truly the activities…from hiking, to secluded beaches, to paddle boarding, to surf lessons, and e-biking…this was one of the funnest and most active vacations I’ve ever had. And the guides leading these excursions are knowledgeable, kind, and incredibly patient. What an unforgettable trip!!

Royal Isabela is just beautiful. The property, buildings, amenities and views are outstanding. The casitas are spacious and very comfortable. Staff go out of their way to make sure you have everything you need to make your stay great. Plan on doing most of your dining at the restaurant and golf grill on site since the resort is kind of out of way. Don’t worry, this isn’t a problem because the food is excellent. We loved our stay and hope to visit again!

overall had an excellent stay, the property is fantastic and even though we had an island wide power outage the generators were on and we had no issues. Staff is great except the one lady at the front desk. Jota was a good experience just slow service.

This was the most beautiful place I have ever stayed! The staff went above and beyond to accommodate us, including finding a wireless phone charger from the chef when we had an issue with our phone. From the welcome drinks in our fridge, the amazing private pool and rain shower in the casita, the incredible food at the restaurant, to the entire area being quiet and perfectly maintained, we had the most amazing time! My boyfriend and I plan to be back.

This place is a pure paradise. Gorgeous setting and absolutely relaxing. The resort restaurant is definitely 4 star. As for staff I wish there was a category greater than excellent. Everyone made us feel welcome and part of the community. We were definitely pampered. If you are looking for luxury, you MUST stay here.

Everyone was extremely friendly. The room was beautiful, but could use a new bed, and the plunge pool could have been warmer. The food was expensive and a bit overrated.
