Accommodation car park full but large free car park opposite. Easy self access to hotel/room. No staff but no problem. Lovely room. Irvine pretty run down but large shopping centre near by. Dinner at nearby Hamilton excellent

A very comfortable room, well decorated and in a convenient location in Irvine. A short watch to the local retail park and some lovely restaurants within 5 minutes walk. I didn't see the owner, as everything is done remotely and worked fine for me. I used the guest house for a suitable base to tour along the Ayrshire coast.

Solo Business Trip

Very comfortable stay for work. Bed was comfortable, very clean room and good shower. Free parking available at the rear of the property. Definitely staying here again in the future

Good, clean and location for walking

Clean and tidy room. had everything you could need but no staff on site during our stay and would stay again. no breakfast offer (obviously as no staff) but all else was good and would stay again. Good location for town shops etc.

IRVINE GUEST HOUSE

The guest house was lovely. Very clean and modern. The communication between mysent and Nick was great especially asking for a room on the ground floor for my dad and his partner due to their mobility. The bed was super comfy with lovely bedding and great pillows. Theres a cute wee ironing board. Only thing we found was the noise from the traffic. It is cery central for shops, bars, restaurants and taxi rank if needed. I would certainly recommend this gyest house and if i fancy another wee stay i would book again in a heartbeat.

Excellent location as central to all. Clean and comfortable. Only downside was Room 3 can hear the thumping music from The Clubhouse next door which closes at 1am Friday and Saturday, empty bottles still being disposed at 3am. Also woken up with other guests letting front door slam late at night and early in the morning. If booking again would request room 4 or 5.

Beautifully decorated B (can’t call it B&B there was no breakfast), luxurious rooms, dedicated parking, good water pressure in the shower. Zero information about where to eat, the harbour, local taxis etc. A lovely book about the wider area, but not breakfast. No staff to ask either. I’ve travelled the world and felt very uncomfortable in the shopping centre!

There was no information indicating there was a nightclub next door. After travelling all day we were looking forward to a nice feed and a quiet night sleep. We couldn’t find anywhere that looked safe enough to eat at and the noise from the people at night club congregating outside our window was unbearable. The property itself is nice, clean and comfortable. I would just recommend staying on a night where the club is not running.

Stayed here over the weekend. Great location, great decor, easy access to get in to the room & building. Fantastic was the fact there is a car park to the rear with the room number on it, brilliant.
