This was a gem of a find just steps from the firth at Irvine. Lots of little shops nearby and a huge shopping mall just a 10 minute walk away.

I’ve stayed here twice over the last few months whilst house hunting in the area. It’s convenient for all the local transport links and the facilities around the harbour. Nice place to stay and very easy to access the property at whatever time you arrive.

We were surprised by the outside of the property, but soon realised it was a perfect location for walking to the river, museums, shops, cafes, and restaurants. Don't be put off by the outside which looks a bit run down. The studio was perfect and the welcome basket was very generous. All very clean and comfortable...so excellent.

Communication from Nick was 1st class, very good customer service. Have stayed a few times now. The studio i was in this time, waa clean and well presented. The only issues was the floor was creaky going to the en suite. Also the firestick didn't have any sound which it did in the other studio. Not a huge problem, but a smart tv would be a good solution.

Great location, very good for the Scottish Maritime Museum and general Irvine harbour area. Very close to the train station and town centre. Excellent room and facilities.

Great base for visiting

We stayed in studio 3 for 3 nights while visiting family in the area. Check in was easy, parking was plentiful nearby. Bed was a bit small, but comfy. The area was nice and quiet, a few nice cafes nearby, our fave was Sweet Tooth. The bathroom could do with some hooks and shelving in the shower for your toiletries. Coat hooks would be useful in the main room plus a big mirror. The outside sesting area was a nice touch but the walls were thin, could hear next door coughing in the night.

NOT pet friendly and no cooking allowed!

I intentionally booked a pet friendly hotel and utilised this filter. I also checked the website and it advertises as pet friendly therefore to be greeted with a poster stating "no dogs or cooking" was rather alarming! I had to buy takeaway food which was an added expense and felt very uncomfortable being there with my dog.
