The staff were what stood out the most to us on our trip. Everyone was very helpful and made sure we had everything we needed during our stay. The pool was our kids favorite part. We spent a whole afternoon just hanging out and swimming at the hotel!

I stayed two nights and on my last night, I didn't have hot water. En route to the hotel, I called a few times to inquire about early check in. No one answered. Though when I got to the property, the staff was great. I called down to the valet to get my car a few times and each time, again no one answered. I went down there right after I hung up and the young man at the valet was sitting there watching something on his phone. The A/C was very loud. While the property itself was fine and everything was clean, I likely won't be staying there again.
