Booked double room which was very small, small double bed against one wall which made it difficult to get out of bed to use toilet without disturbing partner. On the plus side it was very clean and had tea & coffee making facilities. Ok for one night stay but wouldn’t want to stay for longer.

Lovely little guest house

We had a lovely stay. The room was beautifully decorated and equipped. It was clean, comfortable and warm. There was plenty of off road parking outside the hotel. Situated perfectly for both shops and lovely coastal walks. Plenty of nice places to eat. We would highly recommend the Harbour Guest House and would stay again.

Lovely clean and comfy room , nice and quiet. Very modern decoration with a very comfy bed. Nice little bathroom , great for a one night stop over but would recommend to people staying for a few days traveling up and down the west coast , just down the road from the train station and lovely views to boot .

Perfectly positioned, great value Guest House.

Great value little Guest House, clean & comfortable. Easy walking distance to Railway Station & shops/pubs. Small Double Room was perfect for me as solo traveller but might be a bit snug for two sharing. Very good value for money and communication re Bag Storage & Key collection was excellent. Would definitely stay again.

Lovely little guest house central to everywhere you would go on a visit to irvine. We have stayed here before and normaly go between the owners other propertys. Whatever is available at time of booking.

Well maintained

Very clean guest house. Maintained to a high standard. The rooms are quite small but adequate. Everything you need. The best shower anywhere we have ever stayed. On road parking but never an issue to park. Plenty if places to eat. Only annoying thing was it took quite a few attempts to get in with the key pad.
