Although it was an older property, it was clean and the staff was excellent. I'll stay here again because the price was better than most of the hotels in this area and it is walking distance (10min) from the terminal at SNA

Nice hotel, great location. We walked across the street to John Wayne Airport. Staff was nice, it was unbelievably hot, but air-conditioning kept room nice and cool. We would definitely stay there again.

First room was by a door to the outside that slammed every time someone went to the parking lot, which was often. Staff was great when we asked to move rooms, but then we were moved to a room next to someone with a dog and the dog barked for hours - I don’t think the owners were in the room. We just needed to sleep and it was a really loud night of only a few hours sleep. Definitely needed some more cleaning, there was fingerprints all over our room and the floors were dirty. The pics of the pool were a bait and switch in booking this hotel. Pool area looked nice but if you just need a clean place to sleep, this is not the place.

Rooms were clean and smelled great, and the pool area was beautiful and well maintained. Staff were friendly around the property. Breakfast was the only flop — the bacon tray stayed empty the whole time and the hashbrowns were dried out. Still, overall a decent stay.

The good..... Very nice pool and cabanas. We enjoyed sitting and swimming outside very beautiful pool area. Very well decorated lobby and entrance loved the waterfalls outside when you first enter as well. Room was cleaned well and had a pleasant smell. Great wifi connection. Good AC just little loud. The bad..... There was no mini fridge or microwave to keep my kids some drinks or snacks so it was hard to be there 3 days with younger children and no cold waters or drinks without having to buy from gas station every day which gets pretty expensive. Every meal had to be taken out of the room which took up the pool time for my children. They only have 1 microwave at the front of hotel which isn't very convenient. Draining of the sink and tub was awful took forever. But all in all we did enjoy our stay we would stay again. All staff was very friendly.
