Hotel was clean as I liked, but hours for services should be extended a bit. I reported on Friday around 1pm that my bathroom sink did not have any hot water, then when I checked the status of the work order, I was told there was nothing that can be done until Monday because maintenance has left for the wknd. This is not very good customer service.

The administrative staff was friendly but not professionally dressed at all. There's an area behind the extended stay at the edge of the parking area where people loiter which I didn't care for. I constantly heard noise on the ceiling sounding like a kid running back and forth and I often heard kids or adults talking. My stay was not a quiet one. There was also a day where the fire alarms went off two to three times which interrupted my work since I work remotely and I'm required to have a quiet work space. Don't use the canteen machine because it will take your money. It was okay but I wouldn't stay here again unless I just have to.

It was a really good stay. The person that checked us in was beyond both Friendly and Professional. I think her name was nicole. The only issue is my card didn't work at the front door when i went out to my car around 10pm. The place was quiet and clean.
