Depends on what you are used to. I would liken what I experienced to a public area that happened to be clean enough to sleep in. The carpet floors reminded me of old casino carpet. It’s a huge building with probably a lot of vacancy in a downtown area. Maybe adjust your expectations. I would say it is worth what they charge for what you get out of it.

The only good is location. The staff is teying to help, but they are limited what they can do. No air conditioning not even a small fan. No shuttle service, so why offer it. Sheets are torn and dingy and so are towels. They try to clean with what they are given. Owners just want to make money and don't care if the customers are comfortable. Never again, I got heat stroke doctor said I needed a cool place to stay.

There was nothing I liked about this property. First they do not abide by their policy. When I got there they said they had no rooms, no AC, no parking. Even after stating in their amenities that they offer parking, AC. It was the worst experience ever with hotel and Expedia as well. They both refuse to issue a refund even after they were at fault. I booked for two rooms with parking and AC included in the amenities. The front desk rep said they had no rooms available, then she said we have your rooms, but just so you know there is no AC. It was late and I had my kids, so I told her I would take the rooms. Then she said and I quote "Just so you know we do not have parking for your cars" I asked her what do you mean you offer parking and AC in your listing when I booked, she said " well that is just a way to sell out rooms" shame on her customer service and how the hotel handles situations. I asked her to cancel my reservation, she told me I had to go thru Expedia to cancel. I called Expedia and they said the hotel refused. They just blamed each other back and forth. I would like to mention I called Expedia right away to share my experience and a rep advised me he would cancel the reservation and I would get my refund. All of a sudden the call disconnected. I was tired so I called the next day and another rep answered and my refund was denied. I had to pay hotel twice because they refused to issue a refund after they had already said they would. Be very careful with Expedia

Esta en pesimas condiciones, una ventana no abria, el sanitario tapado, una luz no encendia, la alfombra manchada, el elevador muy viejo, no servia el teléfono para llamar a recepción, wifi intermite, solo funcionaba cerca de la puerta. No hay restaurante. Almohadas amorfas.

El lugar está súper céntrico buenísima ubicación pero creo que le falta mucho mantenimiento al hotel ventanas, baño y sobre todo limpieza creo que les hace falta contratar a alguien especializado en plagas lo digo por las cucarachas que ay la verdad el personal se portó demasiado amable excepto el señor que está en la recepción por las noches es un poco altanero es mi humilde opinión

La empleada de turno so pretexto de que era nueva, no comunicaba con la habitación. Mi esposo habló para comunicarse conmigo y no lo hizo. Le decia que tenía que colgar él, luego se comunicaría a la habitación y luego ella le marcaría a mi esposo para conectarse. Además el televisor nunca funcionó. Fue un desastre !!!
