Lentitud del personal al check in ( 03 personas resolviendo 1 problema). Habitación sin agua caliente y toalla manchada. Se solicito ayuda en recepción y se molestaron, esperamos 1 hora para que repararán el inconveniente (no sucedió). Mejor llegó el muchacho del turno nocturno y nos cambio de habitación. Era nuestro hotel favorito para llegar, me siento muy decepcionada.

Al ingresar la habitación asignada resulta q no estaba limpia y nos tuvieron q reubicar, en la segunda habitación un foco fundido, no funcionaba el estractor del baño y una pequeña cucaracha salió de entre las sábanas de la cama; y el día q salíamos bajamos a desayunar y cuando subimos ya no habia toallas ni para secar manos ni papel de baño, creo q nos estaban corriendo. Decidimos salirnos al momento antes de encontrar nuestras maletas afuera

Tuve una muy mala experiencia, hice mi reserva en línea y llegando al hotel me comentaron no había habitaciones disponibles, la chica de recepción atenta, trato de ayudarme reubicándome en otro hotel pero al final acepté quedarme en una habitación que me ofrecían sin aire con tal de ya no moverme, ingrese, pero la habitación no tenía toallas, las pedí y me comentaron no podían bríndame porque no tenían en existencia, realmente nunca me había pasado esto en ningún otro hospedaje. La experiencia fue mala y dudo algún día volver a hospedarme aquí. El desayuno muy básico sin variedad o algún plus.
