Restaurant and pool facilities were great and staff were very helpful. Hotel could do with some upgrading as it was looking poor in areas and in need of some modernisation. Our patio door didn"t lock and the safe was not secured in the wall which was a bit disconcerting. These issues did get resolved... eventually. There was a wedding on Friday night which went onto after 2.30am with loud music and we were in a room facing the pool which had no sound proofing so a terrible sleep. It was the same Saturday and Sunday with party nights... they should let you know before booking that this is going on as I would not have stayed here if i knew of the noise level. When you leave the hotel and turn right it is a lovely beach area but do not turn left as this was awful, sorry. Nothing to see, unclean and didn't feel safe.

I called to cancel and rebook the reservation on Tuesday when I was supposed to arrive because my flight was postponed for a day. The agent told me the hotel clerk could not waive the first-night charge and asked me to talk to the manager when I would arrive the following day. So I did after wasting quite a bit of time talking to the clerk who could not speak English. Finally, the manager showed up. I showed her the proof of flight postponement. Instead of waiving the first-day charge, she offered me a discount for the second and third nights to deal with the hotel directly bypassing hotels.com. I refused and told her I would not stay in that hotel unless she waive the first-night charge. Then she told me to stay, and she would take care of the charges for the first night. She said she would get back to me but she never did. I looked for her three times but she was nowhere to be found. When I checked out, the front desk still would not waive the first-night charges and wanted to charge me the discounted price for the second and their nights by passing hotels.com. I refused and told them I would deal with hotels.com myself, not them. So I left without paying them.

Partiendo por la administración y gerente poco preocupados de los pasajeros, tenían problemas de energía y seguían recibiendo pasajeros, tuvimos que exigir que nos reacomodaran en otro hotel, ya que no podíamos subir 8 pisos, con diabéticos insulinoco, no había hielo, todo mal.no lo recomiendo.

He venido más de 3 veces a hospedarme aquí, pero es una pésima decisión escoger una hab. Con vista a la ciudad, ya que el ruido de los autos no te permite descansar.. Llegando no cerraba la puerta y me salió error en caja fuerte. Respecto al personal todo bien!

Hotel con buena ubicación y excelentes vistas. Llama la atención que cobren por el uso de las instalaciones del spa primera vez que esto me ocurre. Por lo general cobran por los servicios del spa no así por uso de instalaciones que además son excesivamente elevados. Y en la descripción del hotel no aparece de forma clara este cobro.

El hotel si bien tiene una increíble vista, las instalaciones están un poco descuidadas, lo que estuvo muy mal es que siempre hacen eventos y eso genera ruido y molestias para andar libre por el hotel y algo muy malo para el hotel es que le cobren a sus propios huéspedes el uso de las inhalaciones del spa esto para mi es fundamental nunca me había pasado, falta

Mejorar habitaciones. Vista al mar espectacular!!

El hotel cumple para un viaje y estadía corta de negocios. La ubicación y vista al mar es lo mejor que tiene, pero la habitación se nota descuidada, vieja. Se nota que remodelaron las habitaciones pero no hubo atención en los detalles, algunos no menores (la puerta del baño no cerraba bien, extractor del baño muy ruidoso al igual que la cama que crujían los resortes al moverse, la pintura de muros y terminaciones en general de baja calidad. El nivel de las habitaciones comparadas con otros hoteles de su categoría en la ciudad (ej: Hilton) es menor

Generalidades

En general todo excelente, excepto que en los baños del hotel, tanto en la habitación como en el sector de restaurant, había mal olor, como a desagüe, quizás hace falta mantención de ductos de evacuación. Además un espejo en el baño de la habitación estaba suelto, al igual que la llave del lavamanos.
