Liked: Cleanliness, property conditions & facilities, room comfort

Give staff proper training.

It was really good once we checked in however we booked through Hotels.com and the staff member had never heard of Hotels.com and couldn't find our booking so I had to book again. Not happy. Eventually a senior staff found the original booking, this indicates a serious training falure.
