+ Ample parking spaces. - Not clean, especially toilet/bathroom area - door is not able to be locked. Room felt smoky when first entered, good that they changed room for us, however smell was still pretty bad overall. Lights in the room were pretty dim.

Staff no professional: I give all my detail for confirmation, hotel staff say “ hotel didn’t received room booking.After 20 minutes, I recall hotel asking for my booking, then hotel staff say “ Hotel received my booking.” Besides that, hotel staff say “ hotel full house”, because I asking to second floor room. So, I enter the room she give me, water heater no working and TV channel no working.Then, I request for change room. The hotel staff give me other room in second floor. What is the meaning of “HOTEL FULL HOUSE!!!!!!!!” . Dear Expedia, This is why I say the hotel staff no professional. Thanks and best regard.

Hotel smells like a nightclub except the reception

This trip's stay at the hotel is the worst and this is the last time my wife and I will be staying here. When walking up to the 3rd floor to our room, the whole corridor and stairs had that cigarette smell but we just ignored it. When reaching our room, room 313 just smelled like nightclub. The receptionist changed to our room on the same floor without any questions asked, so we were happy about that. But, the new room was just a little bit better but still it had that cigarette smell. We've just unpacked our luggage and just imagine the fresh unworn clothes in your luggage now smells like a nightclub.

Excellent Location -- Moderate Cleanliness

The hotel location is perfect and easily accessible for those who wish to visit Ipoh town. It takes 5-10 mins to the old town by car. There are plenty of parking lots in front of the hotel. The surrounding of the hotel is very quiet as the shop lots around it are empty. For those who travel with car should not have any problem to access to the hotel. The room I stayed in was full of cigarette smoke odor and it remained until the last day of my stay. The window and curtain were very dusty. Hotel staffs were not so helpful as they came to wipe the window after I requested for many times. I would say the hotel offers cheaper rate with bigger room. It would be perfect if they improve the cleanliness & housekeeping service.

Even this is a budget hotel but the room is spacious not like others budget hotel. Have a lot of free parking for hotel guest. Great location.
