Muito ruim, estacionamento longe, café muito desorganizado e pouca opção, comida com todo o perdão, sem qualidade e pouquíssima opção. Esperamos 1 hora para tomar o café. Além disso quando fui fazer o check in a reserva não constava pra eles.

Insatisfação

Com relação ao atendimento dos profissionais da recepção, nada a reclamar. Mas logo de cara, chegamos no andar e demos de cara com um cachorro...sim, um cachorro de médio porte que ficou nos encarando durante um bom tempo. Com relação ao café da manhã, não gostei bem como o jantar, a qualidade de ambos caíram muito. Na verdade, a qualidade do hotel caiu muito. Não indico e talvez não volte a ser hóspede novamente. Me decepcionei!

Qualidade dos serviços!!

Café da manhã Horrível ja no primeiro dia! Um bolo de milho já passado. Pão ressecado!!! Sem opção no café da manhã. Pra variar no segundo dia foi servido o restante q sobrou do dia anterior. Inclusive o tal bolo de milho já estragado. Resssaltando q alertei aos funcionários q retiraram o tal bolo. Elevador não funciona!!! Pane!! Teve hóspedes que ficou alguns minutos preso no elevador!!! Tive que descer do sétimo andar de escada. Até o térreo. A cama e os travesseiros muito confortáveis!! Pessoas da recepção muito solicitas
