They helped us book taxis, rent a car & were more than happy to help with anything we needed. The hotel itself is quiet but not far from lots of atmosphere if that’s what you like! Está en varias alturas y toca estar todo el día subiendo y bajando, los ascensores todos los días estaban estropeados. Para personas de movilidad reducida no está habilitado para nada. What you don't know until you get there that this is for families with young children, and couples over 55 that don't want to leave the hotel. There is nothing in the area to do except to go to the beach, which does not have beach bars. But everything with the hotel is great.”

“Para pasar una noche en el viaje por Albania es una opción bastante buena. La habitación y el baño amplios, las camas muy cómodas. En los armarios había zapatillas de casa, pero usadas. El desayuno correcto, pero frío y no reponen lo que se acaba. Lo mejor del hotel es el personal, amable y servicial. “Amazing hotel, brilliant staff, great food options and a very peaceful atmosphere. The gym, spa and beach were all great, very clean, good-sized room with very comfortable bed. We particularly loved the Pilates classes taught by Vanessa and the hotel even surprised me with a delicious birthday cake on my birthday. We had a wonderful stay and plan to visit again!”
