Nice quiet location a short walking distance from the high street. The room was warm and the bed super comfortable. Small size toilet but clean. The property doesn’t have parking on site, as wrongly advertised, but they were super kind sharing nearby options ahead of my stay. Staff were friendly too!

Stayed for a long weekend while taking part in the Etape. The apartment had everything we needed for a comfortable stay and was in a perfect location, just a stone's throw from the town centre. This was one of our favorite stays over a 3 week Ireland/Scotland tour. Perfectly situated for walking the town, and for getting out to explore sights. The room was clean, comfortable and well stocked, it felt like a real home away from home. The hosts Maggie and Malcolm were as kind as could be, and made us feel welcome. They also helped point us in directions when we had questions about restaurants or driving. I’d highly recommend a stay here.

So glad we chose to stay at Pitfaranne! The home and our room was very nice and comfortable. The location was fantastic - close to shops and food. Maggie cooked us fantastic breakfasts and gave us suggestions on the local area and a great local pub! Malcolm always popped by at breakfast to say hello and was wonderful with his driving directions. On our last day there he chatted with us about possible distilleries to stop at on route to our next destination. Anyone planning to visit Inverness should really consider staying here! You won’t be disappointed 😊. Megan

This is a very comfortable, peaceful place to stay. Our family enjoyed the room and the yummy food offered every morning by pre-order and payment the day before. Everything was really clean and the staff are kind and friendly. There isn't parking at the property but there is a parking lot about 2 blocks over if needed. Overall, would highly recommend!

Stayed in the apartment which had plenty of space. Very comfortable for two and a great idea if staying 3 or more days. Note the bathroom is downstairs from bedroom. Short walk to town that had some elevation but was fine for two 60+ with weak knees. Limited parking but we had a pass for the street that perhaps available only for apartment users.
