Value for money in Inverness

Very good facilities and very nice, clean and cosy rooms. Very good bed. The continental breakfast was extremely good. The owner was a really nice women who cared very much for the house, the garden and the clients. We highly recommend Pinewood Cottage if you are going to Inverness.

Aleksandra was the most amazing host. We felt so at home. She went out of her way to make sure we had the best stay, and we really did. We wished we were spending more time there. The place is beautiful and not too far from the city centre.

We had a lovely stay at Pinewood Cottage! Alexandra was a fabulous hostess. She offered a warm welcome and had good advice in local pubs to try. It’s an easy walk into downtown. The neighborhood feels safe and is quiet and serene. Breakfast was delicious.

Beautiful place and lovely owner

Such a great place to stay. I was met by the lovely owner, who made me feel so welcome and was so friendly. She really looked after me and prepared take out coffee, fruit and croissants etc for breakfast on the first morning, as I had to set off early. The house is beautiful and my room was spotlessly clean and comfortable. I'd definitely recommend!

This was a really nice location, only about a mile from downtown Inverness. Aleks was extremely welcoming and it's probably the most pleasant place we stayed at during our trip around northern England and the Highlands. 11/10! Would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Excellence in hospitality!

Everything was excellent from start to finish. A beautiful house like brand new with a lovely garden. Attention to detail was apparent in everything. Our host Alessandra was charming and prepared a full continental breakfast rivaling a top hotel. By far our best stopover in Scotland!
