This is one of the best hotels I have been, the staff is so kind and friendly, even Molly the cute owners dog. They care about every little detail, breakfast is amazing and you have a variety of options. If you are not driving they can arrange a taxi for you (it is no expensive). I would definetly recommend this place and will come back for sure.

I cannot say enough amazing things about our stay here. Breakfast was great, staff were exceptionally helpful and the location was beautiful. If you don’t have a car the walk into the downtown Inverness is long, but it’s a beautiful walk. The staff went out of their way to make sure we had packed lunches for one of our tours, I also showed up with a black eye from an accident early on in our travels and they made sure to get me ice regularly for it. We will absolutely be back.

No hot water for shower. The boiler had to be reset and it was fixed. Breakfast service on 5/21 was slow and lacked the attention to details from the day before. Maybe they were short staffed? Staff in all venues were friendly, welcoming and helpful. We would stay here again.
