Peter welcomes you promptly with a smile and makes it easy to settle in. Having parking on site is a large bonus. Heathcote is well situated to walk to the major sites, hit a pub, or go for an excellent meal. He has a beautiful yard and is a great breakfast cook. If you are not familiar with them, the self heating showers can be touchy to get the temperature correct, and the coils in our mattress could be easily felt so the old hips complained some. But that was just our room.

We had a great three nights stay at Peters BB. The rooms are very nice and clean and there are great parking facilities in the back of the house. There's a Continental and cooked breakfast option every morning and both we're really good. Peter's an amazing host and the BB is located within 10 minutes of Inverness town centrum.

A clean and comfy property perfectly situated just a 10 min walk along the river to eateries and shopping. Our host was friendly and helpful making check-in quick and easy. Parking on-site was convenient. Breakfast was excellent with a selection of cereals, fruit, yoghurt plus a variety of freshly cooked hot options. Recommended!

A wonderful B&B

We had a great time in Inverness, the room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was great and we had great communication with the owner who gave us advice on the route to drive to Aberdeen and to visit the Balmoral Castle. We would highly recommend this B&B to anyone wanting to visit Inverness.

Excellent location and the gentleman was very hospitable. Excellent food and a quiet area so sleeping was no problem. Provided face cloths in the batjroom which was a blessing as many locations do not provide these.

Peter was very accommodating for our check in after our flight was severely delayed. We were sad to only spend a night here. Our room was very cozy and clean, and Peter also made sure we had breakfast before we caught the train the next morning. Highly recommend!
