I really enjoyed staying here. The en-suite rooms were very comfortable and convenient by foot to the center of town, both the train and bus stations. There is no kitchen service, but there are plenty of restaurants and grocery shops within walking distance. I highly recommend staying here.

The property was an easy 20 minute walk from the train station, providing beautiful views of Inverness walking along the river Ness. Aye Stay is well maintained and a very cute guest house. No complaints and would easily recommend to friends!

I had the family room which consisted of a double bed and a bunkbed so it was very entertaining because you don’t get to sleep at bunkbeds very often. The house is very clean; very straightforward for checking in. There was some confusion about the car situation so it is first come first serve and you can walk to the city center within 5 to 10 minutes so if you want to walk along the river or grab something to eat very close by. Quiet neighborhood, people keep to themselves. Would come back if I found myself in the area!

Room was lovely and location was good for what we were looking for. Only complaint is the shower. Not sure if I didn’t know how to use it but just went back and forth from scald to freezing with a few seconds of usable temp In between. Glad I was only there for one night.

Location of the hotel is excellent with easy parking onsite. Self check-in is convenient. Room is comfortable and clean especially the bath room with powerful rain shower which is what you need after a long day:) Will definitely visit again.
