The rooms were nice and spacious, and the common areas were very nice. The hotel appears to have had a recent renovations and is a short walk from the Interlaken West train station and close to local bus stops. The breakfast was excellent, and the staff were very friendly and helpful. The only downside was that the AC in the rooms did not work well, effectively no AC. We had two rooms and each had similar issues - perhaps bad luck. Apart from this, a great place to stay.

We had a comfortable stay at the Hey Hotel. It was walking distance from train station and bus stops. There were cafes, restaurants and shoping within walking distance. Staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast was substantial and variety of choices. However, it would have been nice if breakfast was served earlier or at least have a takeaway option for those who needed to start their day early.

Great location, far exceeded expectations. Room was modern and well appointed. Just steps from shops and restaurants. Only issue was the shower water temperature was inconsistent, almost unsafe, going from cool to very hot, and back, unpredictably. Had to jump out of the shower a few times when this happened during our 3 night stay. Brought it up to staff and they were very apologetic and said they’d look into it.

Super helpful staff with a nice spacious and clean room. Basically right inbetween Interlaken and Interlaken West train stations and right in the centre of the town. Staff were very informative when asking questions about the area and nearby landmarks. Highly reccommend this hotel!

A basic room, expensive for what you get but I expected it in Interlaken. The coffee and milk(creamer) was bad- might’ve been expired (this was in the room), things were dusty. Bed comfy but only got one pillow. Shower had no door, water everywhere, and the hot handle was very hot during shower (if tapped the mob, was burnt). Overall, was a good stay and it’s in the middle of the action, and was fairly quiet overnight. I would recommend to stay here.

This hotel was fine, I didnt have high expectations going in based on reviews but availability was very limited. Family of 4 visiting from the US. Family room was very spacious, two rooms with two twin beds in each and a balcony. The air conditioning wasn't good and the primary bedroom had no air conditioning vents at all and was quite warm. Fortunately the kids didnt mind too much but if the adults had to sleep in there it would have been very uncomfortable. No phone, no fridge and tiny poor quality bath towels. Both of our kids got a rash on their necks from the pillows or bedding (not usual for them). You could only get ice from the bar and they weren't exactly thrilled to do it. Lobby was nice, breakfast buffet was pretty good- what you expect. The location is fantastic.

Location is great but don’t expect too much. Very expensive for the value you get, run down carpets, small and dated room with hardly any amenities. Shower in small bath tub with a shower head reaching up to half of my height. From the 7 hotels we’ve visited across Switzerland, one of the most expensive but underwhelming experiences.

Water pressure completely came and went during our State as well as hot water with sometimes there and sometimes not - made showering difficult for sure. Constant sound of water draining above us most of the night. Great location, though. The water problems for the entire facility need to be worked out. We knew another couple that had either scalding or freezing water..

My brother and I had such a wonderful stay at HeyHotel! From the moment we arrived, we felt welcomed and well taken care of. The location was perfect—just a short walking distance from the train station, which made getting around so convenient. The hotel itself was clean, modern, and comfortable, with a warm and inviting atmosphere. Everything felt well-maintained, and it was clear that a lot of thought had gone into making guests feel at home. The food was absolutely excellent, and the breakfast was one of the highlights of our stay. There was a great selection, everything tasted fresh and delicious, and I honestly couldn’t have asked for a better breakfast to start the day. What really made our experience special, though, was the staff. Everyone was incredibly friendly, accommodating, and helpful. They went out of their way to make sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. Their genuine hospitality made us feel truly welcomed. Overall, our stay at HeyHotel was a fantastic experience, and we’re so grateful for the wonderful memories. Thank you to the entire team for making our visit so pleasant and enjoyable. My family and I will definitely be booking HeyHotel again on our next trip. Highly recommended!

Parking is available in back of hotel but complicated to access. Property, family room and breakfast were very nice. Location also great and close to shops. But AC did not work and drain in shower was slow to drain. Seems like things they will fix eventually but it diminished our family stay.
