The room is in general fine. Random people knocked my door after 10 PM on each night of my stay; I was so freaked out and check their Google reviews at night. It seems that the money stealing housekeeper terrifies me as well and keeps me worried about my property while I’m in the mountains. Luckily I don’t leave any cash in the room and my laptop is safe, but will not go to this hotel again considering how many worrying I need to take.

I loved the concept of the hotel - combining a retirement facility with a hotel and encouraging interaction between the generations - and thought the hotel was clean and quiet. There were only a few things that caused a lower than five star review - a lot of mildew in our shower stall, breskfast foods that weren't replenished for guests dining later than the early rush, no coffee machine en suite, and guests with loud children that were placed near quiet guests and were not asked to keep the noise level down. Otherwise a decent stay.
