We just stayed one night but we enjoyed the hotel very much. The room looks a little old but it’s very convenient with the different spaces separate. Dinner was nice (some fish and some meat and veggies and desert). The breakfast was a buffet which is convenient for everyone to choose what they prefer. The onsen had nice views. We enjoyed our stay

部屋からの眺めは最高です！温泉も気持ちよかった！お食事処のスタッフさんはとても親切で柔軟に対応してくださいました。フリーフローはお酒飲む人にはすごく嬉しいのではないかと思います。夜鳴き担々麺も美味しくて家族で楽しみました。 お食事でいうと、せっかく高知なのにお刺身、特にカツオがおいしくなかったのが残念でした。あと朝食ブッフェも種類が少ないです。 お食事以外はとてもコスパいいと思います！

5月中旬の高知旅行に利用させてもらいました。 ◯アクセス 高知市内から車で20分程 ◯周辺施設 ホテルの周辺は自然豊かだが、食事や買い物ができるような所は少ない印象 ◯食事 夕食・朝食付きプラン 夕食は地元の食材を使った簡単なコースでした。 ステーキは大変美味しく、カツオのタタキも出してくれました。 朝食はバイキング形式で、野菜がとても新鮮で美味しかったです。 バイキングは品数も豊富で大満足でした。 ◯温泉 大浴場は広々としたスペースに、屋根が非常に高くゆったりとした気持ちで浸かることができました。 夜に入りましたが、仁淀川を見下ろせるいい露天風呂でした。 ◯その他サービス フロント横にある宿泊者専用のバーがあり、無料でソフトドリンクなどが飲めるスペースになっています。 お風呂上がりの方達が談笑できる良い場所です。 ◯客室 清掃がしっかりと行き届いており、ベッドも大きくゆっくり出来ました。家族連れも多かったですが、客室内は静かに過ごせました。 ◯コスパ 全体的に特別お得感があるかというと難しいですが、食事などは期待以上でしたので、子供連れの方は喜ばれるかと。 また、高知に行く際は利用させてもらいます。

スタッフはとても親切で感じの良い方たちでした 旧国民宿舎だったのかナビにはまだ反映されていなくて電話番号で出てきました。 立地は最高で川沿いで鉄橋も見えてとても良いです お部屋は私の宿泊した部屋は古くて写真のような部屋ではありませんでした ラウンジは広く景色もいいですがおつまみがいまいち、お酒好きの人には種類も多く良いと思います。 私はお酒を飲まないのであまり魅力を感じませんでした お風呂のアメニティも最小限の物しかないので自分で持参する必要があります。

夕飯の席に不満が、

何故かは分からないのですが、夕飯の際、大広間の座敷で「テーブル席もあるのに！」、下に座布団を敷いて座る机に食事が準備されてました。 両膝を手術して人工関節を入れた高齢の父は下に座る事が不可なのに、何故？と。 同行してた私も妹も息子も足が悪いので、出来れば椅子席が都合良く、例えばチェックインの時に確認も出来る話しなのに何故、それすらやらないのか？と。 同じ大広間には椅子席で食事の支度をしてる部屋もあり、テーブルや椅子も余ってるので、数が足りなくて用意出来ませんでしたというわけでもないかと思います。 その場でテーブル席を希望して変更してもらいましたが、このホテル利用で1番不思議なというか、疑問をもった出来事でした。
