Great hotel in a central location to walk around Innsbruck. We traveled by train and it is a short 10 min walk to hotel. Room was spacious and clean and staff very helpful in aiding our public transport plans we had during our trip to a nearby mountain.

Great location! Room was nice and tidy. They had a communal washer/dryer to use which was perfect if you are travelling for a long time and need to do laundry. Roof top was ok but if you are using that as a selling feature to book I’d say not worth it. Staff was friendly.

Location: 5 min walk to old town so very convenient. Easy paid parking across the street from the hotel. Hotel: Nice breakfast included. Staff: Very friendly and helpful. Room: Had a large one bedroom suite that wa spacious and had everything needed for a short or long stay.

The hotel is in the center of the old town, which made walking around to tourist sites VERY easy. The ambiance was of old Tyrol. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The breakfast was amazing, but not included so a bit pricey

Clean room, very comfortable and a decent size for a European city hotel. Wonderful, delicious breakfast and perfect location for walking around city. Parking is around the block in a paid garage for 16 E per night, so that kind of stinks if you have a car. Also, hotel ac units shut off in September and it was very warm and stuffy in the room since it was 22c / 75f degrees & opening the windows was very noisy and bugs were still flying in.

Excellent place to stay in Innsbruck. The staff are wonderful, the bar and breakfast area are great. The rooftop patio has amazing views of the mountains in all directions. Very close to the old city and a short walk from the train station.

Beautiful hotel with modern rooms but all the Tirol charm. The view from the hotel’s rooftop is breathtaking and the location is very practical, close to the historical city senter but practical to park in the adjacent parking garage. We will definitely stay again at this hotel next time we visit Innsbruck.

Excellent hotel, we all slept brilliantly, perhaps due to the quality of beds and curtains. It felt very Austrian, with quirky features everywhere. We especially loved the ‘popcorn room’. The service room with laundry facilities and vending machines was a nice touch. Our only regret was not having breakfast there. It looked fantastic.
