The hotel is lovely and the team is super friendly and happy to help. The room were warm and clean. I will probably add some water in the room and same decaf coffee but the rest was great! There is also a very cozy bar and breakfast is great too!

Excellent hotel right in the heart of Innsbruck. The location is close to the Aldstadt (5min walking). The rooms were spacious and modern, and the staff kindly gave us a complimentary upgrade to a room with a balcony. Overall, highly recommend this wonderful hotel!

Really helpful staff, especially for the lady at the reception desk (young, brown hair, large smile). We asked for extra pillows and ahe went to get them right away and came back with a huge smile. Hotel with great tradition

Perfect location - about 5 min walk to the old town. The building is very old, well renovated and modernized. Room was OK. When the shower was not used for a couple of hours unpleasant smell from the drainage was slightly disturbing. Air conditioning not effective even when switched on no air flow could be felt. Great staff very friendly and supportive. Good breakfast buffet.

Nice hotel close to the centre of Innsbruck. Large, well appointed rooms and excellent bathrooms. Lovely breakfast area with a good range of foods available for breakfast. The lack of a spa reduces this to an average hotel for the area. I was disappointed to find on arrival that the spa was closed and had been for some time. Had I known the spa was closed I would have chosen an alternative hotel.

Good stay, nice location, very easily accessible to the local old town and restaurants. Quiet at night. Parking was easy. air conditioning was FABULOUS. Took a point off for cleanliness as our shower had some soap scum / mold build up and the sink as well but the rest of the room was perfectly clean as was the main hotel.
