Good location--near the old section of Innsbruck. The room faced the water and the old town but was incredibly quiet, so there was no problem sleeping for light sleepers such as myself. The staff were very helpful and the breakfasts were decent.

My family and I had an incredible time here, and we cannot think of a better place to stay while visiting Innsbruck. Some key takeaways: --The location is perfect--surrounded by breathtaking views of the mountains and river, while sitting mere steps from the shops, cafes, and "city action." --The rooms (and entire hotel) are spacious, clean, and well-kept, and both the restaurant and bar provide excellent experiences. --The staff was friendly and helpful, and they provided us with many suggestions (and even maps) to navigate the city with ease. --Everything is within walking distance, yet despite its close proximity to the city action, the hotel was quiet and relaxing. Finding this hotel was truly a stroke of good fortune for us. We loved it.

I had a great stay. Rooms were spacious, remodeled and clean. Breakfast was truly outstanding, and the location couldn’t be better, we went to the Christmas markets and loved the experience. Parking was a bit difficult to figure out but overall we would stay there again.
