Lovely hotel with great location and reasonably priced yet ample breakfast. Staff were friendly and helpful, room was good size and even had a winter garden. The building admittedly could do with a renovation as some parts are a little dated, but it didn’t take away from the great experience we had! We’d come back for sure :)

A quiet very modern room was provided with a comfortable bed with nice linen. The room was warm but it was possible to open the window.The hotel is in a central but quiet location in Innsbruck. The reception area and café are very spacious. The only downside was that there was an odour in the room coming from a drain.

It was close to everything with the Xmas markets being 10/15 minutes walk and other highlights such as the Norkette mountains funicular being 15 minutes walk away.
