Very nice hotel with some character. Excellent breakfast. Sofa bed was very uncomfortable. Bathroom amenities can be better. No shampoo and conditioner. No AC or fans, it’s hot if we close windows. Noisy if we open windows.

Nice place with good access to the tram and bus that can take you into old town. Also your right near the Ambras castle which is maybe a 15 minute walk and worth the trip if your a history buff. It does cost $ if you want to go inside, but the grounds are open to the public. It's a beautiful location.

This is a lovely hotel in a small village! The hotel is very clean, well decorated with Austrian pride and with lovely helpful staff. We stayed 1 night on our adventure trip through Austria and booked a room for 3 people. The rooms which was in adjacent building are lovely, clean and roomy with wooden furniture. Our daughter ended up withe a separate room and single bed which was a bonus for her. We also decided to try their Restaurant for dinner and it was fantastic! The portions were generous and food was super tasty. In the morning, we went for breakfast which was included and it was the best one we've every had in any hotel. Tasty, high quality food with great variety for everyone. We parked right by the main hotel, though they had additional few spots for parking around the property. We highly recommend this hotel, i believe they are expanding with a new building across the road with additional rooms.

Most likely the kindest, most helpful staff we’ve encountered in a very long time. Additionally, the restaurant serves traditional Tyrolean food, with the most beautiful dining room. Rooms are comfortable and clean. INCREDIBLE breakfast buffet. The “C” bus is right outside the entrance that takes you directly into downtown historic Innsbruck. A gem of a hotel.
