Wonderful hotel, 10 minutes walk along the river into town and the Nordkette Funicular station is just opposite the hotel. The staff couldn't have been more friendly or helpful my stay was perfect. Also there's a Spar supermarket next door for provisions. 100% recommend

Definitely the best stay across our 3 weeks trip across Europe (even better than global brands such as Holiday Inn, Marriot, Best Western Plus and Accor which we also stayed at this trip). I would even go as far as saying that with some up-levelling of the soft product this hotel could even be rated as 5 star instead of 4. Apart from the restful sleep, comfortable rooms and amenities, my partner and I also appreciate that the hotel is a short walk from town and has a decent supermarket just next door!

De locatie is écht perfect !! De wegen en de stoep is goed begaanbaar met sneeuw/gladheid. Ruime supermarkt vlakbij, ruime en schone kamer met ruime badkamer. De bedden en kussens zijn prima! Centrum op loopafstand, bus voor de deur. Wij komen terug ! Tip: bezoek The Alpenzoo via de Nordkette, absoluut een aanrader.

When we arrived to the hotel after a 5 hour trip we saw that there was a big group infront of us wnated to check in we stayed standing for an hour waiting for them to finish because checking in had only one employee when i asked one of the employees there which looked like their manager i told him we wanna check we have been waiting for so lomg the group was about 15 person he said you have to wait for your turn which is not exeptable at all we understand there is only one employee for checking in but in cases like that we would like to see more cooperation and more welcoming at the end its a four star hotel and when we asked if someone can take pur luggage there was no one we reached the room and it looked different than the photos the hotel didnt feel like a 4 star hotel the only thing that made it better was the guy at the reception he was so well manared patient and knows how to deal with clients other than that nothing was good it was actually terrible and we didnt enjoy our stay at all it was a very bad experience

A hotel employee accused my wife of lying about her room number at the breakfast. Not sure why they feel that was necessary, they are not the police. She had just paid the "discounted" €24 surcharge at the front desk moments before. This was one of multiple surcharges that I felt were overpriced and not appropriately advertised in the listing, which suggested breakfast, parking, and pets were all included which did not end up being the case. I was also charged €19 for my free "welcome" drink. This combined with questionable cleanliness in the rooms made the price not worth it. Redeeming factor was location, it is directly across the street from the Top of Innsbruck railway.

Siisti huone, mutta ilmastointi oli äänekäs. Kun ilmastoinnin sulki ja avasi ikkunan niin tieltä kuului liikenteen melu. Koska olin kuitenkin pyytänyt huonetta rauhalliselta alueelta sain korvaukseksi ilmaisen pysäköinnnin. Pysäköintitila hieman pieni, mutta sinne ajaminen oli helppoa.
