This was a lovely boutique hotel where Mozart himself once stayed. The breakfast and views from the restaurant were excellent. The staff were kind and helpful. This hotel is perfectly located in the old town tourist area. I felt at home away from home. I would definitely stay here again!

We had a wonderful stay in Innsbruck. The location truly couldn’t have been better—it was right in the heart of everything and made exploring the city incredibly easy. The room itself was beautiful, clean, and very comfortable. We especially loved the view—looking out over the town with the mountains in the background was incredible and made the stay feel even more special. Check-in was simple and seamless, which made arrival stress-free. What really stood out was the location. We were just steps away from major sights, great restaurants, and convenient transportation options, making it easy to get around and experience the city. Lovely hotel in the middle of shops and restaurants. Everywhere I was walkable. Staff were very attentive. Nice breakfast. The only odd thing was there was no wall between the bedroom and bathroom sink/shower area. If someone got up early to take a shower, the lights would not allow anyone else to stay asleep. Also you stepped out of the shower directly into the bedroom area. May be awkward for some people traveling together.
