The hotel room was large (rare in European hotels), great location-close to everything, room was equipped with everything we needed and great breakfast. The staff were very helpful and always willing to help. The general manager, Brigitte, was genuinely interested whether we were having an enjoyable stay. The perfect location right in the heart of the old city. The owner goes out of her way to make sure you are taken care of and comfortable. The entire staff went beyond the norm to make you feel at home. The breakfast was perfect, excellent coffee and a myriad of delectable choices.
