“Advertised that every room has a fireplace but you can’t use them because they turned them off for the summer…. On top of that, our room was completely covered in ants. EVERYWHERE!! And the first response from the staff was a very snobby “ DID YOU SPILL SOMETHING!” We just got there and there were hundreds of them. They did swap us to another room but no discount or anything. I will definitely not be back!”
