California Visting Ingolstadt For a Family Wedding

We stayed 10 day coming from California for a family wedding. Our stay was wonderful. Every employee was lovely. The breakfast was impressive. The "Living Room" area was inviting and we loved hanging out there on our down time. We had the privilege of meeting the owner, her mom and daughter. The room was lovely, quality bedding and decor. The shower was a little challenging due to the fact water went everywhere in the bathroom. We tried everything to minimalize that, to no avail. Truly a wonderful stay.

The property is lovely, but it is located in a very quiet industrial area with limited dining options, although it is close to the autobahn. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The evening food in the hotel is limited to pizza and a cheese platter board, which are very nice. The rooms are clean, nicely decorated, and modern, with great bathrooms. However, the TV has no English channels.

The room was wonderfully designed and the decor was cohesive. My husband and I struggled with breakfast. There were many options for food, but the overall flavors of the options wasn’t great. Normally we look forward to European style breakfasts and this one just left us wanting foods basic breakfast foods with natural flavor (think croissants, plain yogurt, fruit) instead of all the ‘topping options’ provided. I would stay again, but would not opt in for the breakfast.

Everything was great. The only thing that inconvenienced us was upon our arrival, and it‘s finding the parking. There are enough instructions in the hotel, but arriving and finding that the immediate vicinity to park was full kind of made it difficult for us to unload our stuff near the main entrance. Driveway was tight. We were a big group with individuals who have difficulties walking. Going to the parking garage — I had to reverse the van all the way back to the road to get there (entrance to the parking garage is at the back of the hotel; one had to circle around the block to get there). Was ok, but having to travel for long hours before that made it quite an inconvenience somehow. Otherwise we enjoyed our stay in this hotel, as all the other amenities were good. The evening bar was cool; our group enjoyed it too.

Wir hatten ein Familienzimmer (zwei Zimmer mit Verbindungstür). Die Zimmer sind gemütlich und modern eingerichtet, bei geschlossenen Fenstern hört man nichts, obwohl die Autobahn in der Nähe ist. Selbst bei geöffnetem Fenster war dieser kaum zu hören. Sehr sauberes Zimmer, super bequeme Betten, tolles Frühstück. Nur den Preis fanden wir happig und würden daher von einer erneuten Reise absehen. Es wäre toll gewesen, wenn das Kind im Zimmer der Eltern hätte schlafen können. Es gibt kein Hotelrestaurant, aber man kann abends an der Bar ein paar Snacks zu sich nehmen, was wir nicht in Anspruch genommen haben.
