This was a last minute booking for the 4th of July. The house is definitely older and plain. Located in a nice neighborhood close to grocery stores and gas stations .. etc. The pictures definitely fluff it up. If you’re just looking for a place to sleep this will work. There’s actually 2 parts(separate rentals) to the house. The front part and an adu in the back. So the pictures can be a little confusing. The front part of the house has 4 rooms with 1 bed in each room. 1 bathroom in the master and 1 other full bathroom. The garage is the game room which was very hot during our stay. The pool was very clean and a nice to use for kids. The grill worked. The fridge ice didn’t produce that well so bring extra ice. The AC worked perfectly. Overall it was a good stay!

Our group had a great time with all of the activities at the house. We had a few glitches throughout the stay, but the staff was good about promptly handling them and taking care of it. It was in a good location for what we were needing. It’s an older home, rooms basic so don’t have high expectations. The size and the comfort of it had ieverything we needed to make the weekend fun and comfortable. The management reached out a couple times which was much appreciated. We would stay there again!
