The area the property was in was nice and quiet. Only issue was the first night the TV’s didn’t actually work. Property manager admitted that she didn’t actually check them prior to our arrival. She did send someone the following day to fix them. Had we wanted to use the pool my wife said she wouldn’t because it wasn’t exactly clean. The guest bathroom has what appeared to be water damage that was attempted to cover with paint but you could still see the bubbles in the Sheetrock and the cracking around the baseboards. The property was not awful but could be amazing if there was some maintenance put into it.
