The location next to 465 is great. A gas station with a taco restaurant, and a Dollar Tree store next door. Other major restaurants + stores are close. I liked room had a refrigerator and microwave. Room was cleaned up well. No problems. Plenty of parking. Other guests staying at the hotel were friendly.

This hotel was a good deal on race weekend when we were trying to fly out of town. There is very minimal amenities - no coffee or tea in the room or lobby which I could live without. My biggest issue was there was no blow dryer in the room and I use a blow dryer every day. I would give it five stars if they would’ve been able to find me a blow dryer. Otherwise I have no complaints. It was all very clean and the front desk clerk was very friendly and helpful.

I stayed at the WoodSpring Suites 2 nights for the Indy 500. The staff was great and very welcoming. Krista was a tremendous help with an issue I was experiencing. There was plenty of parking spaces. Close to nearby restaurants. I picked up an order from Denny's and ate at Taco Bell for breakfast. A Kroger supermarket is just 5 minutes away. A gas station with a Mexican taco restaurant and Dollar Tree store are next door. I was able to get ice easily. It wasn't noisy in the halls or in my room. Just once when people are having an argument but was brief. I enjoyed my stay at this hotel, and I'd book a room here again.

Older property, not very well maintained. The shower in my room sprayed the wall behind the shower head more than it did me. There was dried nail polish slung over the floor. The bed made more noise than I could possibly sleep through. The smell of pot hit me getting on the elevator all way to my room. Very noisy being near the highway and the light from the Dollar store made it so the room was never dark at night. The only positive was the employees were always nice and helpful.

The property was very clean, and the staff was friendly. The property is easily accessible off 465, so the trade-off is a little road noise outside. The kitchenette in the rooms is nice and clean, and it's nice to have a full size refriderator. I suggest that if you are staying there for that amenity, because you want to cook, you should be prepared with your own cooking equipment. I travel for a week at a time to Indy for work, so I always come prepared with that stuff because there are no pots, pans, utensils, etc. Overall, a very nice hotel, and I booked it again. Thank you.

The staff overall was very friendly and kind. However we chose this hotel for the kitchen and unlike other hotels with kitchens that we have stayed at this one did not have any pots, pans, plates, cups, or silverware. Apparently Woodspring Suites being an extended stay hotel does not ever have pots and pans, although we have stayed at other extended stay brands that do. In the room there was a flyer that said all rooms have a dishwasher and dishware, our room had neither. My husband went downstairs to ask for dishware and the guy at the front desk said they have never had dishware, so we had to run next door (literally next door) to the Dollar Tree to get paper plates for us to reheat our food. If the brand does not carry those kind of things fine, but don't advertise in the rooms that you do. Later that night, my husband went to ask for more towels (our second night there) and he was told that they were out of towels and the lady who does laundry just got there and there likely wouldn't be any towels until the morning. We were only given two washcloths and towels for the two of us, and the fact that they had no clean towels is unacceptable. Although the hotel was kind in receiving our complaints, we will not be staying at a Woodspring Suites again. If we get a place with a kitchen as we always do, we expect it to be fully stocked from a cookware perspective.
