My first room was not to our satisfaction, stained pillows, stained mattress, air conditioner didn't work etc. However the manager Ali helped us out. Staff was nice and courteous, the 2nd room a deluxe suite was much much better than the first. We only ended up staying 3 days but it was nice. Do pay attention that there is a 50 dollar deposit at checkout, it's not obvious on the booking site but it is hidden in the details. Do try to rent a deluxe room if you're not too tight on money you'll be much happier with the room. The area around the hotel is definitely rough and there are some rough looking folks around the area as well.

The kiosk to check in was odd, but it was super easy. They did request a $50 deposit, but I received it back the day after we left. It was difficult to hear the person at the kiosk because the vending machine near it had a loud hum, but otherwise it was flawless. Our room had no remote control, but we were able to use the buttons on the side of the TV. Our room also lacked any side table or chair near the window, just a random swivel office chair. All in all, I would 100% stay here again. It was clean and relatively quiet for Indy 500 weekend. It wasn’t the Hampton Inn, but it’s also not Hampton Inn prices. You get what you pay for and it was a comfortable and clean place to relax after sightseeing.

The rooms were dirty and had bugs crawling on the floor. We had to switch rooms because our TV didn't work. The second room was worse and tv still didn't work. Went back to original room and sink barely drained. Fridge didn't get cold and we couldn't watch TV at all.

No staff on site. They have a remote monitor to check ypu in. People loitering outside all night. Tried charging me twice the amount I reserved for on Expedia. Place is beat up and run down. I left before ever getting to my room due to over charging. Go somewhere more reputable.
