I have two injured feet and on crutches. Requested first floor at front desk. Got to the room and door was not only stuck but front desk wouldn’t answer my calls for assistance with door. You have to step up into the room to get in and as I forced the door open with my shoulder the door swung open and I fell into the room on the floor. It’s was a peaceful and fairly clean stay although the bathroom ceiling was falling on the floor from water damage. Not pleased with the accommodations and dismissive treatment considering my current condition and being alone.
