We liked that the hotel was within walking distance to the basketball game we capto see. The room we stayed in was ok, although it wasn’t real clean. Lots of hair on the bathroom floor and on room carpet. Staff was friendly and helpful when checking in and out.

The elevator was out of order during our stay, fortunately we were only on the second floor. We booked a double queen and it was a double full, the hotel was booked tho and didn’t get a different room. The blankets were stained and the toilet seat was barely attached. The lobby and breakfast areas were clean. There were no before hand instruction that the garage only holds about 25 cars and you have to use an overflow lot next door with a pass from the hotel.

Great location with short walking distance to Gainesbridge Fieldhouse. If you’re sensitive about smells, this might not be your best option; there is some industrial smelling odor remover that permeates the hallway upon walking to our room. It was mostly clean, although a bar of soap was left in the shower and there was a spot in the tub grouting that was rust colored…it didn’t make me want to use the shower. However, the staff is very hospitable and responsive. I would stay here again for an event.

Elevator wasn’t working. Had to walk steps to 3 rd floor. My husband’s knee was hurting. No milk for cereal and the food wasn’t keeping up the pace had to wait for eggs and biscuits. Otherwise our room was nice and clean but little smelly. It smell like the pets were in before we went in

While the hotel staff was amazing and bed comfortable, if you do not sleep like the dead, then this is not your hotel. The walls are thin and the windows to the outside even worse. Every single car could be heard during the night and every cube the ice maker in the hallway machine dropped was heard loudly in our room. Parking is super limited; think 20 spaces maybe and parking close does not look well secured. It was easy to walk to Gainbridge so again a positive. Would I stay there again; probably not.

Well, it wasn't the best, but wasn't the worst. Negatives... traveled w our elderly parents. The elevator did not work, had to use stairs. Very inconvenient. Breakfast wasn't great. Yes, there was a small variety. However, nothing for health purposes. No fresh fruit. I understand most people like waffles, cereal, biscuits, however, some of us like other things too. Not to mention, a lot of stuff was empty. The room was ok, not amazing. The air unit screeched, sounded horrible. The light in the bathroom just hanging from the ceiling, the outlet in the bathroom did not work. Positives.... location was good to the hospital. The person who checked us in was incredibly nice. The bed was comfortable. All and all, would stay again, just disappointed w the issues.

Elevator was out of order. Placed us on the 3rd floor even though I told them my husband has a spine injury/problem. Was told 1st nor 2nd floor was available. No luggage carts so we had to lug several bags up to 3rd floor. 1st room they put us in was hotter than hades. The AC was definitely not working. So they moved us (thankfully). Gym was out of order. Bathtub had a nasty iron stain on it. And water would not get hot. Parking was sketchy-had to park in a lot that wasn’t even attached to the hotel. Breakfast was not good. Eggs were typical powdered crap but also cold. Just not a good experience. Only good thing is there was no charge to park and Gainbridge Arena was within walking distance. The bed was comfortable, so there’s another good thing. Would probably never stay here again.

Check in was easy. 1st room the air wasn't working and a heavy musty smell. 2nd room faucet in the tub dripped constantly. During breakfast the cleaning staff were congregated in the lobby drinking coffee and talking among themselves. When asked a question most didn't speak any english.

Staff was great at check in! Friendly and helpful! Elevator is SO SMALL. Like not sure how a person in a wheelchair could use it small. Like maybe 2 people with luggage, and claustrophobia inducing small. Room was ok stains (god I hope they were stains) on bed linen made me question cleanliness along with the obvious appearance that counters and table tops had not been wiped. Bathroom door would stick so out of fear of being stuck we had to leave it open. Room ac was struggling to keep it cool and the hallway was hot and muggy. Free breakfast was nice. Hotel was at capacity due to an event and the food went fast lol. Also I think it was a little farther than a 15 min walk to Lucas Oil probably more like 25 which is not a problem for most but for someone with mobility issues might make a difference.
