This was one of the best hotel breakfasts I’ve had at any hotel. The staff was very friendly and very accommodating when I had questions. I love that it was literally steps to the canal walk. I traveled with 5 kids and it was hard to get them away from the pool. I would definitely stay here again.

Only two disappointing things. First, and this is just me, the juices served at breakfast were room temperature. Yuck! Second, we had gone out for the day on our second day, thinking the room would be cleaned while we were gone. Wrong. Housekeeping finally came and by that time, I didn't even care if our beds were made. Just asked for more towels and trash removed. Old towels weren't removed so we left a huge pile of them when we left today. Now, having said all that, the room we had was quieter than expected and had a great view of the canal. And, as always, the front desk staff was helpful and respectful.
