I didn't have a problem with the property or the hotel I had a problem with Expedia not offering or not letting me know that you had a room for elderly guests I actually told when I booked that my aunt was 83 years old unfortunately she fell in the in the shower in the tub and they the Homewood suites had to break down the door and we had to get her out of there but they gave me another room in the room that they gave me for my aunt was a walk-in shower for handicap or elderly which I had no idea that they had because when I booked you did not offer or let me know about it and I absolutely informed you that she was going to be 83 so I'm really upset I think you guys should reimburse me

Going above and beyond when asked about shuttle service. Biggest bonus was parking while gone from hotel was FREE!!! It was on your own risk but there is so much traffic someone would be seen messing with a vehicle. And you stake that risk even when parking AND paying at the airport.

Booked this location with the family specifically for the pool and “spa” aka the overused/under-maintenanced warm -not even hot-tub. Was informed at check in that the hot tub was down. Go figure. After it was “fixed” the jets didn’t work and the water was Luke warm… seems to be the normal at all hotels these days but other than that. Room was clean, breakfast was your typical hotel breakfast.

Took three rooms for them to find us one that was clean, workers were sitting around all over the furniture in lobby. It was under construction, plastic and fans were everywhere. Pool was ok. Breakfast was lacking options.

So I checked in and had an issue checking in the lady that helped me was great. Very unsatisfied with the room, I checked in around 730 8pm I was so unsatisfied that by 130am I got my belongings and placed my door key on the desk and just left. I’ve stayed at homewood suites several time and they have been great. My experience with this one was so bad that I will NEVER spend another dollar getting a room here again.

I booked this hotel before I read the reviews. This place deserves the majority of bad reviews. Owners are not keeping up with repairs to the rooms. My first room had ripped carpet in the living room. Second room had black mold in the tub. I won’t stay at another Hilton again.

Will not stay here again.

I have never had a bad experience at a Hilton until now. Several things went wrong, from the room to the service and overall stay. I will not stay here again. Asked for room service twice and they never came to clean my room my entire stay, had to ask several time for toilet paper and one point they said they didn’t have any and said I can use tissues, I had to take one from the lobby bathroom. Ran out of everything. The ac thing in the wall didn’t work, tvs didn’t work when we got to room. Door handle falling off and frame ac thing was loud. One of my key cards didn’t work. Beds make a lot of noise and not comfy. Drawers wouldn’t close right and lady bugs in my room. The laundry was not working which made me frustrated. Guy at check in was rude with no communication and didn’t tell me about anything for hotel like time for breakfast or about the amenities or even where my room was unfriendly. The size and pillows was the only plus my kids did enjoy the pool was just hot inside.
