Clean room. Pretty much a Kitchenette. A little noisy at night, but affordable. Food choices are walkable. Staff is kind and friendly.

Avoid at all costs, roaches everywhere

there are so many cockroaches. It was disgusting. I have no idea why this place is even allowed to list on Hotels.com or at all it is not fit for human comfort let alone human health standards

I've stayed in 3 and 4 star hotels that charge this modern BS refundable "deposit" fee of $25 or $50. This nasty property charged $100 deposit. In the room there was nothing of collective value of $100. The building is probably from the 70s. The walls were cracked and stained. The appliances were at least 20 years old. The bed was an old box spring mattress. The room I was in was called "accessible" but the door to the bathroom wasn't 36" wide. The tub was standard step-in. The toilet was not a chair-height toilet. There was a single grab bar. But adding one grab bar and gutting the furniture so you have a 5' turn circle in the room does not make the room "accessible". Horrible.

The beds were uncomfortable, two small flat pillows, heater/air conditioner was missing control plate, missing light bulbs in lamps, wrong sized toilet seat on the toilet, ceiling look like it had had a recent leak, multiple holes in walls, Lots of people sitting in cars in the parking lot, room had a bad moldy odor, remote was disgusting, had to sanitize it. Saw people that looked like employees in polos going to multiple occupied rooms after midnight. Only good thing is that I did not see hed bugs.

The property requires a $100 deposit indicated by a sign hanging on the wall in the lobby. However, the sign states that the deposit is returned upon checkout and this isn't completely true. If credit or debit card is used for the deposit it can take 5-7 days for the deposit to be return

The room was dirty and smelled bad, the room was not cleaned or swept properly since we found part of a cigarette in there as well as part of a dead roach. The shower curtain and towels were yellow and they don't give you extra towels unless you turn in the dirty ones first and there was only 2 towels and 4 of us. The location is a little sketchy and there were some stains on the mattresses and sheets. We wanted to leave but pretty much every hotel was full because of the Indy 500 so we stayed.
