The hotel is clean and really nice for a 6 year old hotel. Most importantly, the staff was wonderful. Jordon, the front desk person, upon our arrival, made us feel welcome. She was friendly, efficient and very attentive.

Some of the front desk staff are rude and not customer friendly which is rare to find in Carmel. We’ll give it one more chance. We like where the property is located but the hotel management should have a better costumer service traing program.

Very nice room, with everything you would need for a long stay, though we were only there 1 night (even had a full sized refrigerator. Loved the shower and ease of getting shampoo, body wash from dispensers on the wall. No-slip shower floor was great, too!!

Excellent location in Carmel, close to everything! Clean facility, with friendly, helpful staff. They offer complimentary breakfast, have an indoor pool onsite and, the rooms have kitchens with a full size fridge. No burners for cooking though. Bed was comfortable, but the couch was not, also the walls are pretty thin, and bathroom is a tad tight. Nice size television with built in remote control for the AC, but they didn't offer premium streaming services such as Prime, Peacock, or Hulu, and you can't download or add any additional apps, nor was I able to cast my device. They did have high speed wifi, even the free option was fast enough for my daily work and zoom calls, plus downloads and streaming on my own devices. Reasonably affordable for the area, and you can't beat the close proximity to restaurants, shops, parks, and everything Carmel has to offer. Would definitely recommend.

The hotel was very easy to leave and come back to. We were in town for the entire weekend and easily left to go to eat or attend and event. Parking was close and easy and so was getting to our room. The breakfast was nice and very convenient. Staff contacted me through text to make sure everything was going ok. The room was very nice and comfortable. For the price, I really could not beat the stay we had there.
