Very clean, modern and new. The staff were friendly and accommodating. Breakfast was really good!! Lots of parking and the amenities were clean and well maintained. The area was quiet. Close to shops and lots of places to go and eat. The drive to Indianapolis International Airport was a quick 15-20 minute drive. Highly recommend staying here. Came here for the DCI international championship. Will stay again! See you next year!

We were there for a funeral that happened to be the weekend of the Indy500. So paid $700 for 3 nights. The pool was ice cold and not swimmable. Definitely a major let down with kids looking forward to swimming over the weekend. When we mentioned it to the front desk we were told they had someone out the weekend before to look at it. Juice machine was broken so no juice available for breakfast. One morning they did have a gallon of orange juice on ice. But next two mornings, nothing. When I asked for bedding for the sofa bed- I was given a flat sheet and told that was all he could find. Hotel was clean so that was a plus. But the pool was the biggest let down. Especially for $694/3 nights.

Very clean hotel. Staff were very nice and courteous. My only knock is it is in kind of a noisy area. Big trash truck picked up dumpsters at 4am, and the trains run until midnight, other than that I would highly recommend.

We had an awesome stay! Staff was friendly. Beds were comfy, rooms were clean, The biscuits at breakfast were doughy all the way thru and they didn’t have mayo…but that’s no biggie. Overall the stay was great!

My challenge with this property was that they lacked enough luggage carts and didn't have enough handicapped parking. Because I need to walk my wife in because she needs my help, I found that only 3 handicapped parking spaces for the total property was not enough. Also, having to make 3 trips to a third-floor room because of no luggage carts was a bit much to deal with and the desk person just kind of shrugged it off.

I think for it to be a brand new hotel they had some things down like the ice machine on my floor and the pool was not heated as advertised. I also had to make several complaints on kids jumping in room above so the walls were very thin and you can hear everything so for that reason I would never stay at this location.
