I loved that all of the staff were so very nice and helpful!! Our room was exactly how it was described, actually it was bigger. We traveled with our handicap father so that was helpful. We used the meeting room for a small birthday gathering and that was very nice too! Thanks again to everyone!!

We were very impressed with how clean the property was and the helpfulness of the check in staff. He even went as far as to recommend when we leave so that we don’t hit traffic. This hotel is definitely one where you hear the odd noises such as water running and what I assume was the people above us opening and closing the barn door to the bathroom. There were people playing in the hallway or something but when the air conditioner was running you couldn’t hear them.

Clean, fresh place. Good choices for breakfast. Very nice place to stay. Only negative is that our room was not ready at 3:40, when check-in was at 3:00. We had to wait an additional 15 minutes for our room. But everything else was top-notch.

Very Disappointed

We were confirmed online by Hotels.com that our room was confirmed. This was a week before our trip. We were going to pay when we arrived , as that was an option. When we got to the hotel they were sold out at 1 pm that day and said we never had a room. We then had to drive home through the night as all the hotels around were also sold out.

Everything was great till I fell out of bed and hit my head on the white small table that is next to the bed. I think this small table is a hazard. It’s only 4” from the bed and is the same height as the mattress. It’s only about 2’ square and rounded at the end away from the bed. Where my head hit is a square corner that is very sharp and hard. It is also not movable and attached to the headboard. If I had hit on my eye, who knows what kind of injury I could have sustained. I know your company can’t keep someone from falling out of bed, but this small table should be movable so you keep it farther away from the bed. It happened at 4:30 am on 5-19-2025. Luckily all I have is a huge bump and no cuts. Could have been bad. Phil Fort

The hotel is new so cleanliness is to be expected. But from the time we arrived with two employees outside, until check out, every single staff member we encountered greeted us with a smile, asked how we were doing and a couple times we were even asked if there was anything we needed. Even on the elevator twice when we encountered the same young employee. The lady working serving breakfast was so incredibly sweet and friendly as well. I personally witnessed her address multiple guests with smiles and conversation. And even when a couple guests were kinda short about a couple things being empty at breakfast she was just as nice as she could be. When I say overall this is the best hotel experience I've ever had and the nicest room, I'm 50 and stayed at a lot of hotels in my day, and I truly mean this was overall the best experience I've encountered at a hotel. Anytime we plan to be in this area we will go out of our way to stay here. Will find out next GenCon if they maintain their goodness as we plan to stay again. Thank you Hampton!

This is the second time we’ve stayed at this property. The staff is kind and courteous. They really do a great job of keeping the facility clean and updated. We also like the breakfast. This is one of the better free breakfast hotels we’ve been to with several options for all and lots of hot food ready for busy crowds. Great job all!
