From the moment I arrived, she was incredibly helpful, courteous, and went above and beyond to ensure all my needs were met. Her warm and professional demeanor made me feel more than just a guest; she truly made me feel at home. Ruby consistently checked in to make sure everything was perfect during my stay, offering assistance with anything I needed and always doing so with a smile. It's rare to find someone so dedicated to guest satisfaction, and I believe she truly deserves recognition for her outstanding service. I wholeheartedly recommend that she be considered for a raise and a well-earned promotion! Thanks to Ruby and the rest of the staff, my stay was comfortable, enjoyable, and stress-free. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a welcoming and accommodating place to stay. I'll definitely be returning!

Stayed here with my family for a school trip and it had everything we needed. Clean . Just need to take some pans to cook if you get a suite. Overall awesome stay and the customer service was great !

The staff was nice and worked fast. The room itself wasnt too clean with bottles under the bed as if someone just swept them under there. The maintenance crew left dirty towels and a step ladder in our room. And the sink kept clogging.

There was a used condom in the parking lot I killed at least four spiders in my room They don’t have an elevator The stove and all the cabinets and all the walls had food and nasty pet and human hair on them I couldn’t store anything in the cabinets and the nightstands and small dresser!
