The staff were very nice. The room was clean. I stayed 4 nights for the Indy 500. Room service is every 3 days. The breakfast is an average hotel breakfast. It wasn't the best hotel. It wasn't the worst.

While the staff was fantastic, the hotel was, well, not maintained. I was told they did a renovation recently, but the fixtures in the room were worse for wear, and infested with ants. The staff are the true stars of this property

I want to start with the staff and share they are awesome. From the front desk to housekeeping each were helpful and showed care and compassion around their duties. The hotel parking is dark and limited. This created a concern due to the there was a large number of people outside walking around with shopping carts. The room had a smell that is unforgettable, the hotel itself is just out dated. It could not recommend this to travelers grabbing a room on the road or for a quick stay due to the location and overall condition. As mentioned in the beginning the staff is awesome!
