Watch out they might try and get u reference to your pet if have one I checked into hotel asked me what kind of pet I had and I told them they certain pets were a loud but still checked me in anyway then said I can’t stay there because of breed of my dog never presented pet policy guidelines until later on that I find out talked to IHG on the phone about incident customer service rep someone going to contact me but never did.

False advertisement the hotel appears to be nice and clean online but when you get there it is dirty very small foul order through your the hotel and in rooms . The pool and hot tub water is dirty and cloudy . I did cancel at the first desk because I booked online and went somewhere else . It’s more like a motel then a hotel

The main photo on this listing was pictures of the pool and hot tub,,,that is why I booked it. When I get there to check in, THE POOL AND HOT TUB WERE CLOSED! I was so mad. I wanted a relaxing evening in the pool before I got ready for bed.
